Nundah

Nundah (previously called German Station) with a deep European history is a fitting location for a King of Cakes storefront. With the Bakery & Café providing the finest traditional German & European baked goods ranging from freshly baked breads, pretzels to delicately crafted cake masterpieces.

Location

Nundah is an inner Brisbane suburb, with a large Aboriginal and European history located just 8 kilometres north-east of the Brisbane CBD. Primarily a residential suburb, Nundah straddles the Sandgate Road, which is one of the major arterial roads of Brisbane’s north. Nundah’s first permanent settlement in the mid-19th century came in the form of a mission built by German missionaries in 1838. Originally considered a working class neighbourhood, the suburb has been transformed recently now featuring modern high density apartment blocks and the Centro Shopping Centre.
